– uprawnionych do świadczeń funduszowych uchodźców z Ukrainy posiadających zlecenie od lekarza POZ z CM Luxmed.

O zleceniu testu w ramach NFZ decyduje lekarz rodzinny POZ!
Badanie pobierane i oznaczane jest bezpośrednio w gabinecie zabiegowym w filiach POZ (wynik dostępny w przeciągu kilkunastu minut).
Jeśli zlecenie na test zostało wystawione z wizyty stacjonarnej, wówczas Pacjent wychodzi na test i od razu wraca z wynikiem do lekarza w ramach tej samej porady.

Na zlecenie NZOZ współpracujących z nami nie wykonujemy testów RARS. Wykonujemy standardowy test antygenowy lub PCR – zgodnie z zaleceniem na skierowaniu (patrz odrębne hasła w LuxInfo)

Preparation for the study

General

The test material is blood.
The patient does not need to be fasting.About 30 minutes before the test, it is advisable to drink a glass of water or bitter(unsweetened) tea.

Important

Blood for testing should be collected on the day of the ultrasound of pregnancy.
The patient is informed of the receipt of the result by telephone by the prenatal testing coordinator.
The tests are performed in facilities in Lublin at Radziwillowska 5, Koncertowa 4D, Orkana 7, Zwycieska 6A and in the facility in Chelm at 12 Kupiecka Square.

With the result of the test, that is, the analysis of the risk of genetic defects, the patient should report to her attending physician.

Description

Prenatal test performed in the first trimester of pregnancy (between 11 and 14 weeks of pregnancy), determining the risk of chromosomal aberrations of the fetus (Down syndrome, Edwards syndrome, Patau syndrome, neural tube defects and others).

The study includes assessment of biochemical parameters in the mother's blood:
concentration of PAPP-A protein , concentration of free beta-hCG subunit, and ultrasound of pregnancy, performed by a gynecologist certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation FMF. The level of biochemical markers is determined in blood serum using
tests certified by the FMF.
An integral part of the test is the estimation of the risk of genetic defects of the fetus using a statistical program certified by the Polish Gynecological Society-USG section and the FMF Fetal Medicine Foundation.
