Preparation for the examination
General
- The test material is a swab from the inside of the cheek taken from the father and the child.
- The patient collects the swab for testing and then delivers the collected material to the Primary School at 5 Radziwiłłowska Street during general business hours. Detailed instructions are included in the kit.
- NOTE! The test may only be ordered by the child's father, mother, legal guardian, or the child (provided they are of age)."
- It is recommended to collect the swab on an empty stomach, or approximately two hours after a meal, drinking fluids, or brushing your teeth. Smoking and chewing gum should be avoided for approximately two hours before sampling.
- Only the person who ordered the test can collect the result. You must come in person with your ID to the facility at 5 Radziwiłłowska Street to collect your results.
- The person ordering the test based on the order code can verify on the website whether the test result is already available for collection.
