Description
Determination of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) levels is useful in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of cancer cases ( especially colorectal and rectal cancers, and gastrointestinal and gastrointestinal cancers). An increase in CEA levels is observed in former and current cigarette smokers.
