- The patient does not need to fast. It is recommended to drink a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before the examination.

Profil ENA – badanie tzw. „drugiego rzutu” identyfikujące obecne w teście przesiewowym przeciwciała. Na wyniku pacjent otrzymuje informację (zgodnie z zaleceniami towarzystwa reumatologicznego) : interpretacja (dodatni/ graniczny/ ujemny), typ świecenia, miano obecnych przeciwciał, klasa przeciwciał,które przeciwciała wykryto w teście ENA, komentarz kliniczny.
