Preparation for the examination
General
- The material for testing is blood.
- The patient does not need to fast. It is recommended to drink a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before the examination.
Description
FT4 to hormon produkowany przez tarczycę. Zwiększa metabolizm węglowodanów, tłuszczów i syntezę białek.
Wartości zwiększone: niedoczynność tarczycy w przebiegu leczenia tyroksyną, tyreotoksykoza, eutyreoza z podwyższonym stężeniem tyreoglobuliny (TBG).
Wartości zmniejszone: niedoczynność tarczycy, znaczny niedobór jodu, eutyreoza z obniżonym stężeniem TBG.
Wartości zwiększone: niedoczynność tarczycy w przebiegu leczenia tyroksyną, tyreotoksykoza, eutyreoza z podwyższonym stężeniem tyreoglobuliny (TBG).
Wartości zmniejszone: niedoczynność tarczycy, znaczny niedobór jodu, eutyreoza z obniżonym stężeniem TBG.
