- The patient does not need to fast. It is recommended to drink a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before the examination.
Description
Hepatitis B antigen. Detection of the antigen is possible at the onset of the disease. It is an indicator of infectiousness, as it is a marker of active viral replication.
