Preparation for the examination

General

The material for testing is blood.
The patient does not need to fast. It is recommended to drink a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before the examination.

Important

Samples brought from outside (applies to individual patients) are not accepted for testing.

Description

Badanie wykonuje się metodą Real Time PCR. Test służy do potwierdzenia zakażenia wirusem upośledzenia odporności typu 1 (HIV 1).
Zgodnie z RMZ z dnia 26.06.2020 dodatni wynik badania podlega obowiązkowemu zgłoszeniu do PSSE.
