Preparation for the examination
General
- The material for testing is blood.
- The patient does not need to fast. It is recommended to drink a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before the examination.
- You may take antihistamines before the test.
Description
The test is performed to diagnose the presence of IgE antibodies to specific allergens.
The panel includes the following allergens: cow's milk, casein, alpha-lactalbumin, beta-lactoglobulin, bovine serum albumin (BSA), egg white and yolk,
rice, soy, banana, pork, beef, chicken, mixed flour (rye, wheat, barley, oats), food yeast, mixed dust mites (D. pteronyssinus + D. farinae), mixed molds (Cladosporium, Alternaria), late trees (birch, oak), early trees (alder, hazel), a mixture of 6 grasses, and total IgE
