Preparation for the study
General
- The test material is blood.
- The patient does not need to be fasting.About 30 minutes before the test, it is advisable to drink a glass of water or bitter(unsweetened) tea.
- Antihistamines can be taken before the test.
Description
The test is performed to diagnose the presence of IgE antibodies against specific allergens.
The panel includes the following allergens: cow's milk, casein, afla-lactalbumin, beta lactoglobulin, BSA bovine serum albumin, chicken egg white and yolk,
rice, soy, banana, pork, beef, chicken, flour mix (rye, wheat, barley, oats), food yeast, dust mite mix.( D.pteronyssinus+D.farinae), molds mix. (Cladosporium, Alternaria), late trees (birch,oak),early trees ( alder, hazel), mixture of 6 grasses, total IgE
