General

The material for testing is blood.
The patient does not need to fast. It is recommended to drink a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before the examination.

Description

Autoprzeciwciała klasy IgG skierowane przeciw receptorom dla acetylocholiny. Ich poziom rośnie w miastenii oraz w takich schorzeniach jak toczeń układowy, choroba Graves-Basedowa, stwardnienie zanikowe boczne.
Badanie wykonywane jest metodą ELISA.
