Description of the study
The purpose of the test is to assess the loudness alignment between the ears, with a minimum hearing difference between the two ears of 30 dB (e.g., unilateral hearing loss). The test is performed using earphones. The test subject's task is to determine the volume level at which the sound heard in the headphones is equal on both sides.
