PROFILE 1- STDX POLYCHECK

• The material for testing is blood.
• The patient does not need to fast. It is recommended to drink a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before the examination.

The test quantitatively examines the concentration of 18 antibodies in the patient's serum, which are responsible for inflammation of various organs resulting from autoimmune diseases: Ro 52, SS-B, CENP-B, Scl-70, dsDNA, Jo-1, MPO (p-ANCA), PR3 (c-ANCA), AMA M2, LC 1, LKM 1, PM/Scl-100, SRP 54, SP 100, gp 210, Ku, Sm, U1-snRNP.

The test can be performed in:
– people suspected or diagnosed with any of the diseases listed below,
– people suffering from general ailments (muscle or joint pain, weight loss, loss of appetite, skin lesions, kidney disorders, fatigue and weakness) or specific ailments in organs affected by autoimmune processes (eyes, liver, kidneys, lungs, skin and muscles, patients diagnosed with another autoimmune disease),
– people whose immediate family members have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease,
– people who have had weakly positive results in previous years to check whether the disease is progressing,
– sick people to monitor treatment.

The test is useful in diagnosing:
a) systemic inflammatory rheumatic diseases of connective tissue:
– polymyositis/dermatomyositis (Pm/Scl-100, SRP 54, Jo-1)
– scleroderma (CENP-B, Scl-70, Ku, AMA M2, PM/Scl-100, SP 100)
– syndrome (Ro 52, SS-B, )
– mixed connective tissue disease (U1-snRNP, Ku)
– systemic lupus erythematosus (dsDNA, Sm, SS-B, SP 100, Ku, U1-RNP)
– CREST syndrome (CENP-B, Scl-70)
b) autoimmune systemic vasculitides:
– Wegener's granulomatosis (PR3)
– microscopic polyarteritis (MPO, PR3)
– idiopathic crescentic glomerulonephritis (MPO)
– syndrome Churg-Strauss a (MPO)
– polyarteritis nodosa (MPO, PR3)
c) liver diseases:
– primary biliary cirrhosis (AMA M2, SP 100, gp 100, CENP-B)
– autoimmune hepatitis (LKM 1, LC 1)
