Preparation for the examination
General
- The material for testing is blood.
- The patient does not need to fast. It is recommended to drink a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before the examination.
Description
The test measures the precise concentration of 10 antibodies in the patient's serum that are responsible for inflammation of various organs resulting from autoimmune diseases: AMA M2, Sp 100, gp 210, LKM 1, LC 1, CENP-B, GBM, PR3, MPO, SLA/LP.
The test may be performed in:
– individuals suspected of having any of the diseases listed below;
– individuals suffering from general symptoms (muscle or joint pain, weight loss, loss of appetite, skin lesions, kidney disorders, fatigue, and weakness) or specific symptoms affecting organs affected by autoimmune processes (eyes, liver, kidneys, lungs, skin, and muscles);
– patients with a diagnosed autoimmune disease (other than those listed below);
– individuals whose immediate family members have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease;
– individuals who have had weakly positive results in previous years;
– individuals who are ill for treatment monitoring.
The test may be performed in:
