Description of the study
Rehabilitation is the most effective form of treatment for balance disorders of various origins. The foundation is the appropriate selection of exercises on the platform, the effectiveness of which can be systematically assessed with subsequent repetitions. The patient performs tasks by shifting their center of gravity, stabilizing movement, and improving visual and somatostatic functions. Exercises effectively prevent falls in older adults, so they can be used not only for rehabilitation but also for fall prevention.
