Description

The Roma test is used to assess the risk of developing ovarian cancer.

Roma is a comprehensive test that includes measurements of Ca 125 and HE4 concentrations, along with an assessment of a risk assessment algorithm used to estimate the probability
that a detected adnexal mass is a malignant ovarian tumor. Based on these results, the statistical probability of developing ovarian cancer is calculated, taking into account the patient's menopausal status.

Roma is helpful in determining the high risk of developing malignant ovarian cancer before surgery,
which is crucial for ensuring appropriate treatment.
