Description of the study
Rheumatological ultrasound allows for the confirmation or exclusion of the presence of inflammatory changes in the joints.
- synovitis/effusion in the knee,
- osteophytes, erosions in the knee area,
- inflammation of the prepatellar and infrapatellar bursa,
- Baker's cyst,
- chondrocalcinosis,
- osteoarthritis (hyaline cartilage).
