• Orthopedic-traumatological specialist: from 15 years of age.
• Rehabilitation services: from 10 years of age.
• Day centre – NFZ medical check-up: from 10 years of age.
• Completion of stay in a NFZ day care center: from 10 years of age.

A visit for a patient under 18 years of age is only possible in the presence of a parent/legal guardian
