• Orthopedic-traumatological specialist: from 15 years of age.
• Por. rehabilitacyjna: od 10 r.ż.
• Ośrodek dzienny – wizyta kontrolna lekarska NFZ: od 10 r.ż.
• Zakończenie pobytu w ośrodku dziennym NFZ: od 10 r.ż.

A visit for a patient under 18 years of age is only possible in the presence of a parent/legal guardian
