• Primary health care (sick children): 3 – 18 years of age.
• Primary health care (NFZ) (adults): from 18 years of age.
• Teleconsultation with a family doctor – primary care: from 6 years of age.

A visit for a patient under 18 years of age is only possible in the presence of a parent/legal guardian
