The qualification is valid for 24 hours from the date it is issued.

Human papillomavirus vaccine (types 16 and 18)
- Indications for use:
The vaccine is intended to protect against diseases caused by infection with human papillomaviruses (HPVs). These diseases include cervical cancer and precancerous lesions of the cervix (changes in the cells of the cervix that have the potential to develop into cancer). - Age recommendations:
Women, girls and boys over 9 years of age. - Vaccination schedule:
– 9 to 14 years: two doses in the 0 – 6 schedule (second dose 6 months after the first dose),
– 15 years and older: three doses in the 0 – 1 – 6 schedule (second dose one month after the first, third dose 6 months after the first).
Qualification required before each dose. - Vaccination price (one dose): PLN 325

The vaccine is intended to protect against diseases caused by human papillomaviruses (HPV) types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52 and 58.
- Indications for use:
The vaccine is indicated for active immunization of people from 9 years of age against diseases caused by the HPV virus. - Age recommendations:
– girls and boys over 9 years of age,
– women up to 27 years of age. - Vaccination cycle:
– 9 – 14 years – 2 doses: 0 – (5-13) month,
– from 15 years – 3 doses: 0 – 2 month – 6 month.
