Chickenpox

To get vaccinated, book an appointment for a medical qualification.
The qualification is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued.

Live vaccine, is used in children from the age of 9 months and adults to prevent chickenpox. It causes the body to develop immunity by producing antibodies.

  • People who are especially recommended to be vaccinated:
    The vaccine is recommended for healthy individuals and patients belonging to high-risk flu (at risk of severe chickenpox):
    - patients with leukemia,
    - patients receiving drugs that lower immunity (immunosuppressive treatment),
    - patients qualified for organ transplantation,
    - patients with severe chronic diseases,
    - people in close contact with high-risk patients.
    Travelers:
    - people traveling to areas with a high incidence of chickenpox.
  • Age Indications:
    From the age of 9 months.
  • Vaccination cycle:
    Children from the age of 9 months and adults - 2 doses at an interval of at least 6 weeks.
    Patients in the high-risk group may need additional doses of the vaccine.
