How to make a health booklet
- Come to any Luxmed facility and get 3 tubes for SS carrier testing in feces - the cost of 3 samples is PLN 117.
- Get a chest X-ray (no need to book an appointment in advance) - cost 拢50.
- On the day of the third swab collection, bring the tubes to the facility - see opening hours below.
- After 3 business days, you will receive a text message saying that your result is ready and you can sign up for a doctor at any location by entering "health book" in the e-booking - at a cost of PLN 60.
