- The procedure takes approximately 45 minutes (whitening one arch). For whitening all teeth (two arches), it takes approximately 1.5 hours

For two weeks, you should avoid eating or drinking foods or beverages that stain your teeth (e.g., any fruit juices, coffee, tea, chocolate, beets, etc.).
OVERLAY method
A whitening agent is applied to a special splint, adapted to the shape of the teeth, based on previously taken impressions.
- The treatment lasts from a few to a dozen or so days, depending on the condition of the teeth
- The patient receives an overlay, a so-called splint, and a whitening preparation for use at home
- The splint with the applied gel is placed on the teeth, preferably overnight, for about 8 hours
- The method is completely safe
- The preparations are not harmful, they do not weaken the tooth enamel, nor do they cause changes in its structure

- Before each teeth whitening procedure, it is necessary to consult a dentist or dental hygienist to qualify for whitening and to clean the teeth of tartar and deposits.
