- The procedure takes about 45 minutes (whitening of 1 arch). In the case of whitening of all teeth (2 arches) about 1.5 hours.

- The necessity after the procedure is to maintain a "white diet".
For 2 weeks, do not consume tooth-staining food and drink (such as all kinds of fruit juices, coffee, tea, chocolate, beets, etc.).
Overlay method
A whitening agent is applied to a special splint that fits the shape of the teeth, based on impressions taken earlier.
- The treatment lasts from a few to several days, depending on the condition of the teeth
- The patient receives an overlay, known as a splint, and a whitening preparation for use at home
- The splint with the applied gel is placed on the teeth, preferably overnight, for about 8 hours
- The method is completely safe
- The preparations are not harmful, do not weaken tooth enamel or cause changes in its structure
