Administration of collagen peptide solution

• After the procedure (especially if the knees are involved), you should avoid physical activity such as running, jogging, long walks or standing still for a few days.

A low-molecular-weight peptide solution derived from collagen, delivered in a prefilled syringe, can be administered and injected intra-articularly, peri-articularly, intramuscularly, or intradermally.
Dosage: 1 injection – therapeutic dose.
The product is biocompatible and latex- and phthalate-free.

• Direct strengthening of the extracellular matrix of connective tissues, which is naturally rich in collagen fibers.
• Improving joint mobility, in the treatment of pain symptoms in joints and surrounding structures made of connective tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments, meniscus) caused by aging, degeneration, injuries, overload and posture defects.
• After joint surgery (meniscus resection, ligament reconstruction, joint cartilage reconstruction) to accelerate the return to mobility and increase comfort after surgery, as well as to counteract physiological aging and/or degeneration of connective and epithelial tissue.

Contraindications and side effects:

• The product cannot be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to bovine collagen or vitamin C.
• The use of the product is also contraindicated in the event of infection of the joint or periarticular tissues, intra-articular bleeding, erythema or psoriasis lesions located near the injection site.
• No adverse reactions related to the injection have been reported, however, occasionally the injection may cause a minimal reaction or redness of the skin due to the injection itself, slight swelling, short-term and mild pain.
