- maintaining good functioning of the respiratory and nervous systems with an emphasis on prevention and correction of postural defects
- promotes the development of general muscle strength, flexibility and elasticity
- overcoming fear and resistance before performing more difficult exercise elements

Exercises take place in a gym equipped with exercise equipment, such as:
- bicycle ergometer (cycloergometer)
- rehabilitation exercise balls
- rehabilitation ladders (for general fitness exercises and corrective gymnastics)
- resistance bands
Contraindications:
- acute inflammation of the joints
- inflammation of periarticular tissues
- inflammation of the veins
- temperature above 38°
- fractures, post-traumatic conditions
- conditions after dislocation
- disturbed continuity of the skin and soft tissues
- occurrence of pain during exercise
- conditions after surgery before removing the stitches (consultation with a doctor)
- diastolic blood pressure above 100 and systolic blood pressure above 160 (measured at rest)
- the general serious condition of the patient
- condition after computed tomography with contrast
- condition after lumbar puncture (e.g. collection of cerebrospinal fluid)
A referral is required for exercises.
