Accreditation of the CM LUXMED Laboratory

For years, we have enjoyed the trust of patients and clients, as measured by the number of tests performed in our laboratory. In response to the growing needs of our clients, we strive to continually expand and improve our testing offerings and their quality.

Competent and highly qualified staff combined with world-class diagnostic equipment and the ISO 9001 Quality Management System implemented and applied throughout the LUXMED Medical Centre have been a guarantee of performing tests at the highest level for many years.

In our pursuit of improvement, we have now reached higher and, after months of hard work to adapt our documentation and work standards to the requirements of ISO 15189, we have obtained accreditation for compliance with this international standard.

The ISO 15189 standard is dedicated to medical laboratories and specifies requirements for the quality and competence of a medical laboratory.

Of the nearly 2,000 medical laboratories operating in Poland, only 24 have undertaken the challenge of obtaining an accreditation certificate issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation.

The CM LUXMED laboratory is one of those brave souls who has undertaken to reach for this quality laurel.

the external national accreditation body (PCA) confirmed that the CM LUXMED Laboratory meets the requirements regarding quality and competence necessary to provide the highest quality services .

Accreditation covers research in the fields of hematology, biochemistry and immunochemistry.

All other tests performed at the LUXMED CM Laboratory are covered by a management system compliant with ISO 15189.
